I don't know does anyone need this, but I will post this anyways

Just make template changes for each template below:

newreply, newthread, editpost, pm_newpm

Find

Code:

<if condition="$show['parseurl']"><div><label for="cb_parseurl"><input type="checkbox" name="parseurl" value="1" id="cb_parseurl" tabindex="1" $checked[parseurl] />$vbphrase[automatically_parse_links_in_text]</label></div></if>
                        $disablesmiliesoption
                    </div>

                </fieldset>

Then add the following below that

Code:

<fieldset class="fieldset"><legend>Upload your images to GzP Upload</legend>
<div style="padding:$stylevar[formspacer]px">
<iframe src="http://www.gzpupload.net/tools.php?act=uploader" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" width="600" height="30"></iframe> Please be patient when uploading large image files.</div></fieldset>

That's it, very simple.
