im setting up website with vbulletin installed, everything is great, ive applied a style to the page. but i doesnt seem to regeister as the default style.

how do i make it so the user/guest when visiting the site only sees the theme i have installed

You need to set your new skin as the default skin in your admincp.

admincp>>vBulletin Options>>Style & Language Settings

Click on the drop down arrow under Default Style and select your new style. Scroll down to the bottom and click save.
