Usergroup based permission for individual blogs

With vBulletin blogs, is it possible to limit access to an individual blog to members of a specific usergroup (joinable usergroup)? If currently it is impossible, can anyone tell me how it would be possible to implement this functionality by using plugins? Thanks.
