Additional User title text

I have searched the board, and not finding exactly what I need:

I'd like the users to have the option (Admins too) to add a custom text: So, say the user group is called "new Member" I'd like them to be able to add a custom text of their choice from their profile.

So it would look like this:

Becky
Go Packers! < custom
Administrator <default user title

As referenced in the other thread, you could use profile fields to accomplish this.
