Registration "User Profile Fields"

the items that i have marked as required in the user profile fields show up in a different box then the non-required fields. how can i make it so it combines all the fields into one section.

If you make a field required, it will appear in the "required" section,
any that you make non-required, it will appear in the "optional information" section
