Prefix

Im not sure if this is where to post this.

Anywho:

What I want to do is create a prefix for Locked threads. For example:
Stuck threads say "Sticky: THREADNAMEHERE" and this can be edited in the phrase $vbphrase[sticky_thread_prefix]

But, I would like each locked thread to say:
"LOCKED: "

Any way I can do this?
