RSS feed displayed in a post?

I've created an RSS feed for my Photopost Classifieds install and I'm trying to figure out how to get that RSS feed to run via the RSS manager in vb. Here's a link to the forum where I got instructions on how to create the feed:

I added the feed to the RSS manager and set it up similar to how I have another feed running that does what I'm trying to get this one to do. It isn't working though.

I want it to work so that when a new ad is posted in a specific classifieds category a new post is submitted in a specific forum with a link to that ad.
