Help with plug in

I have seen vBulletin forums that have a feature that functions as follows. When the user's mouse scrolls over a name in the "Active Users" listing a pop-up window shows that user's avatar and where they are located at that particular moment on the forum. Can anyone provide me with a source for such a feature?
