i am looking to write some articles and would like to display/organize the content like a book or manual...

tried looking for some mods, but couldn't find any...

would like it to look like this site...not sure if they have a custom mod or if anyone knows how to achieve this look

specifically, i like the table of contents on the side that keeps the flow of the chapters organized
