???
Is there a mod for an advanced CONTACT US that we can fill in drop-downs and textboxes prior to submitting?
Hopefully this one gets answered.

As far as I understand the question, they want to know how to put a form into a vB page with various text boxes and drop down menus. And once the fields and menus are filled out/completed, and the user hits "Submit" it sends the contents of those fields/menus to the contact address for the site.

Right. The user Erwin used to have something. The Contact Us link on the bottom is fairly archaic. Is there a mod that I can use to make it so people have to answer questions before sending a contact email?
