I was Hacked

Ok I was hacked of every ACCOUNT I owned and Password's , e-mails etc changed and luckily I had my VB files on it eg License and now cannot enter the mebers area to get hacks for my forums Is their any way to prove Im a license holder.... I have LIcense number and forums ETC
