not sure if this this where to place my request.so please excuse me

can someone make a hack that can retrieve delete id and post..means it will just restore the deleted persons identity...

If you delete a user account it is not recoverable. Each user is identified by a number, you cannot recreate that number (AFAIK) after deleting it. Posts are different. If they are 'soft' deleted they can be recovered, but a hard delete of posts means they are permanently deleted from the database and not recoverable without restoring from a DB backup. The only kind of hack that could help would be one that keeps a seperate backup/log of all user and post deletions. I've never seen one.
