Need help putting the finishing touches
Hi,
We are moving are phpbb forums over to vB and have been messing around with the default vB template. We have got the colours right but now we have just fine tuning it. Wondered if you could help us. http://www.od-gamers.com/vb_forum/index.php?styleid=7 As you can see the border isn't right. All we want is the top part added to the border but we keep hitting problems. Also we would like a black border around the nav bar but can't seem to do that right. The border also doesn't seem to join right in the fixed or liquid style. For some reason when you click a forum category the page looks very ugly. http://www.od-gamers.com/vb_forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6 We want to make the member names in the postbit bold with no underline. I'm also contemplating whether or not to have the forums underlined. The postbit is all over the place and I need to think of ideas on how to present it. What I would like though is for it to be snug to fit the gamercards which are 197px wide. So I guess I would need to make the postbit 199px wide. Wouldn't know how to do that. As you can see all the forum images/smilies etc look pants. So if you can recommend some fire away. What I did like about phpbb was the ability to add images to the forum sections. I have seen one vB forum do that: http://www.civinfo.com/forum/?styleid=6 Any ideas how I could do that? Thanks for your time |
