paypal - subscription api problem

Hello, recently i've been getting an issue with my paypal subscription api, i cannot enter an email for paypal address, there is no option.


anyone know how to fix this?

as you can see there is no where to enter a paypal email address, there used to be but not anymore!

Get rid of the admin cp skin and see if that fixes it.
