Add Info Above Final Registration Step

Hello, I am trying to add a template above the final registration step. Please see my example below:

After the user goes through the registration page, and completes the registration and after they get this message:

"Thank you, bob. Your registration is now complete.

You may now proceed to edit your Profile in order to fill in additional personal details about yourself, or you could modify your Options to customize your browsing experience of this site. If you would rather do these things later, you can do so by following the links around the site to your User Control Panel.

Alternatively, you can simply go back to the Forums and start posting in threads."

Directly above that what I would like to do is call another template ($upgrade_account) and I only want that template to display once the user gets that confirmation.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction? I am sure it is very easy to do I am just missing something small.
