Image Ads in Forum --- Can this be done?

Hello -

I am wondering how this would be done .. If it could be done.. I would like to place small image ads under a specific Forum heading --- with no other forum topics in that specific forum -- So if the title was "Stud Service", below could list an image ad with a photo of the dog and link to the relevant website... Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks... RoRo
