Is there a mod available to show the sub forums in the forum index page?

sub-forums show by default in the forum index page.

Are you sure you set the sub-forum up correctly and it has a parent forum that its under?

Go into Admin CP > vbulletin Options > Forum Listings Display Options and make sure you have the numbers there set for the depth to display.
