How to have highlighted navigation for sub-forum?

Please could someone have a look at this website:

http://www.incomecentral.com/

As you can see, only the Homepage is highlighted (In dark-blue color). But I need the HOVER to be active for each sub-section like FORUMS, MARKETPLACE, JOB BOARD, etc. - so once I go to MARKETPLACE, the specific nav-link should be highlighted.

Can anyone please help me on doing it?
