You forgot to put Flags , instead you put Flag so ppl wont be able to see the images

So either make the folder Flag, or if you make it Flags, then remember to add the s in the code.

I would have thought you would have at least had the common courtesy to give credit to Sniper for using pretty much the exact code his AJAX mood addon uses for this addon.

I mean not to be funny, but you aint even bothered to remove his name from the product file.
