Closing one forum with a notice
I would like to close, only for one day, a forum giving the user a notice that the forum is closed just for the day. For "Forum" I mean one of the forums I've (like, for example here "General vBulletin Discussions" or "Programming Discussions"). I would like the user see that the forum is still there but when they try to access it, a message appear telling them that the forum will reopen the next day...
How can I do that?

Post an announcement.
Or if you have a Marquee, put it in there.
