Please help install arcade

I'm very new to VB and I would like to implement to my forum.

I downloaded the IbProarcade to my PC, but I have no clue what to do next.

I'm running VB 3.6.5 and I guess I'm still in that I don't want to make mistake and ruin my forum phase .

Is this as simple installing a program on my pc, or do I need to know script to install?

Please someone help me with this. My members would love this.
