I want to change this background........................Where and how>?

It's under Main CSS I believe it's called Pop-Up Menu or something like that. It's near the bottom of the page. Just look around till you find that color.

It is inside the CSS as a menu. I would search "menu" until you find the right section. The color you can find out from photoshop as well, then search for that!
