A List of all attachments in a thread

Many of my forum posts get to 15+ pages as we have weekly competitions for our members. The problem is at the end of each competition I have to sort through all 15 pages to find their attached files and put them in one new thread for others to vote on.

Is there a way I can have a list of all the attachments within a thread? This could either be linked to an external page or shown someplace within the first post, or underneath, but it'd be great to have a clickable list of all attachments that would allow me to download directly from there.

I guess this isn't possible then

You can click the little arrow on the right side of the thread (depending on style)
The drop down menu, Select Posts with Attachments
or
Admincp > Attachments > Attachment Statistics or Search

I would like regular forum members to be able to see only the threads with attachments or a list of all attachments, not just the staff.
