When I require global.php from another directory where vB is in I get this error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required './admin/config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /home/sites/site17/web/webboard/global.php on line 49
How can I solve this problem?

I found the solution by accident on the forum , so no need for a reply. You can delete this thread if you want.
