I'm sick of other moderators and admins making too many damn stickies, it makes people browsing more likely to not post.

A mod to limit this to about 3 stickies max would be a great addition to vB.

Just tell them not to...if they can't adhere to the rule you should consider whether they are worthy of a place on the adminstration/moderation team. Theres no need to make a mod for something which you can just tell people to do. I know this was probably no help to you but oh well
