Private Forum trouble

I'm trying to set up a private forum (only visible to mods and administrators). I set the display order to where I want it, set Show Private Forum to "No," and put in the appropriate permissions. But it's not showing up at all, even to me (the administrator). What'd I do wrong???

Have you set up the forum permissions properly?
