Custom Points System

Hi Guys, I'm interesting about an Hack that let me to give an arbitrary value in a field called "UserScore", without any other functions.
I'd create a sort of leaderboard, in which my members will be rewards by me with a positive and negative score each time, adding every entries from the beginning.
Is there an hack that let me do it yet?
