We're using 3.5.4 on a big forum and currently do not have a user agreement. There is no confirmation email; members can post immediately upon registering.

We want to do a user agreement that they can check to agree and still post immediately...but more importantly we want to force a page that current members see - where they will need to check the box to agree to it.

Is this possible?
