voting restricted based on reg. date or post count

Is it possible to restrict voting to users who are older than a certain day? Or perhaps have registered before the poll was started? or with a certain number of posts?

Does a mod that do this exist?

This is urgent.

You can do it via promotions. You can disallow the registered usergroup from voting in polls. Then make another usegroup that can vote in polls. Then do a new promotion that promotes users with X about of posts and/or days registered into the new usergroup that has permission to vote in polls.
