marquee not scrolling

I have one user, who reports the postbit scrolling marquee (horizontal) is just showing all the games in a row from left to right, effectively blowing out the window size in the forum. I've tested it in firefox, and ie, and can't duplicate it. Have any of the rest of you encountered anything like this?
