Blocking User profiles from Search engines?

Is there a way to not have search engines not search user profiles? I have some users that do not wish to be identified by certain aspects of there profile. I had a member express this concern to me after searching his name in google and it came up that he is a member of my forum which deals with delicate health subjects. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. Thats what thought and thats what I did in a panic. I just wanted to make sure that would work. I only wish I could have the pages removed from googles index!!! Oh well. Lesson Learned.
