Quick Register in 3.6

I can't seem to find a quick register mod for 3.6

Does one exist?

Ideally i'd like a quick register form underneath the guest welcome header. I think with a few images i could get every guest to register by filling out a quick form.

Alternatively is there a way to add my own quick register form by stealing code from the register.php page?
