I am with the idea of putting on my forum about guides for users.
This idea I want to put it under the title of different forums.
When a user enters any forum can see them.
What I have to change staffing?

i think u need not to change any thing in templetes.
go in ACP and than Announcments and just made any guidline that you want in announcements and this will show there u want.

If, it is therewith certain I can make the same thing that I try to modify.

But the idea consists on making it with a special design and with menus.
