please help me in database error

That modification is in the Modification Graveyard. Where did you get the download from?

It's in the graveyard now and looking though the thread it looked to have some serious problems.

You can also disable your plugins in your config file. To quote Marco:

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
