Hello,

I'd like to request a "request a forum/category" hack where registered users can submit a request for a new forum.

If a member clicks on "request a forum/category" in forumhome, then the request is for a forum/category in forumhome.

If a member clicks on "request a forum/category" in a subforum, then the request is for a forum/category in that subforum.
