I am trying to enable the formatting tools that you see when you are posting a message?
I have included a pic to show you what I mean.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options

Make sure that the WYSIWYG is enabled in the drop-downs.

hmm well we tried that and even changed the popup options on all 3 of the editor types.

an individual user can change it on their own and it works fine I am just trying to make a simple global change
