"active users box" is not shown in bottom of my arcade

hello

i see the box in the bottom of arcade page in many sites, but i have not it in my arcade page. help me to solve this problem. notice that i have that, in my moderating page of arcade but other users (and me!) cant see that box in the main page of arcade
