Ok. I've barely done anything with forums before, and I want to know what web server you upload V-Bulletin to when you get it.

vBulletin should work on any webserver that meets the minimum requirements and has PHP and MySQL installed.

Most used are Apache or IIS, but some use lighthttpd or such.

i think you need more a Tutorial on how to build a website than what to do to install vBulletin, so you may have to search on the net for better and more precise answers on your needs...
