The activising mail was sent to the hotmail adress ten days ago
but it doesn't send activising mail only to hotmail adresses..

(I didn't update my forum ...)
What is the problem?

I am not sure what exactly you are asking. If you saying that the email does not get sent to hotmail addresses (and it did 10 days ago) you should check the spam folder. Quite possible that the emails from your server are being marked as spam by hotmail filters.

Not that..

if New member's mail adress xxxxx@hotmail.com Activation mail doesn't sent or not arrive hotmail inbox or spam /junk mailbox . I test it. Only hotmail adresses..

10 days ago everything is normal...

are you on a dedicated or shared hosting? I had a similar problem with my new dedicated hosting, but then support (dedicated server support, not vbulletin) changed my exim configuration (mail server) and everything started working fine.
