2 Sites 2 Licences into 1 database ??

Is it possible, to have 2 seperate sites with 2 licences and use 1 database and have accounts the same on both ?? post count etc not essential, just access with the same name and password !

If theres another way to make my present members also part of another forum that would do.

Sure it's possible, but you'll have to do some custom coding. There are lots of people asking about this.

Anything possible. I know of 9 boards that share a, over a million, user DB and they run like a champ

That one wouldn't be hard, you'd just have to do a export and import of the user tables.

For combining my thoughts would be having different table prefixes on each, then doing a find / replace on any references to

". TABLE_PREFIX . "user

to

user

as well as any other common tables (usergroups, profile fields, etc.)

But that's on 10 seconds thought
