I would like to have a section in the admin panel so i can add links to the side of my forum

I would like 10 boxes in the vbulletin options menu, where i can add or change the links in the side menu. for the sponsers.

Also i would like to have a section where i can admin the forum of the month section without having to edit them all through the styles manager.

Or you can delete the current blocks in the style manager and the Ultimate Side Columns mod.
