Editing the forum rules

Is there any way to edit the forum rules? Or the message that says an e-mail have been dispatched upon registration? I want to warn my users that the confirmation e-mail often ends up in the spam-box.

in your AdminCP click on Languages & Phrases> Search in phrases> type email and then click search> Scroll down to registeremail and click edit.

from there you can customise the message.
