Im looking for a way to add a "My Posts" link to the Navbar.

I cannot figure out what code to use or where to put it. I assume in the Navbar template, but i dont know what exactly to type. I'm still very new to all this. I want it to work like the "New Posts" link, but instead show only posts that the user has posted in & sort them by last updated.

Any help will be much appreciated.
