Need to see if I can edit RSS links

Is there a way to change the rss links so they go to the first post of a thread?

Current link setup: http://gridironfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41650

What I would like: http://gridironfans.com/forums/showt...742#post259742

Is this possible?
