How can we moderate ( approve or delete) profil /avatar pictures of our users?
We have some users uploading sexpics as avatarpics...we want to be able to approve or delete the uploaded pictures as a moderation.

Does anybody know of such a hack/addon?

This requires modification or a paid one. But, you can edit/delete avatars of your users via AdminCP -> Users -> Search for Users -> Enter the name and edit/delete the avatar.
