Urgent Help! Please!

Q1: Is it possible to let a specific usergroup to see the thumbnails of the attachmented pictures but do not let them open the thumbnails. in other words, let them see the pictures as thumbnails but to not let them see it as a whole picture or to enlarge it.

Q2: Is it possble to let mods have different post editing time than registered members.

Q3: Is it possble to change the attachment names to a download button. in other words, rather than seeing a name of an attached video they see a download button.

i would appreciate any help, thanks
