Here is a PHP-Nuke theme, that we designed a few weeks back, and I converted it over to vBulletin. It turned out decent for a 100% free vBulletin skin.

You are free to do whatever with it, as long as my credits stay intact. Show respect!

Installation:
1.) upload the "themes" folder directly to your vb root
2.) open your admin panel, and upload the style xml file through it.

What are you talking about? This one, and the one that is my default, are two completely different layouts.

I may of deleted it from my server. This was one of my first vb skins, and I did not do it right, as the java script was messed up. Sorry! I forgot that I posted this here.
