LiveHelp Support Chat Add-on?

The idea, along the same lines of Crafty Syntax live help that allows us to pop up and message users on the forum to chat with them and to help them find what they are needing, but, CS is too bulky and confusing for my staff as they have to have a separate browser open to monitor the traffic. Is there a chance of a mod that would have something similar to this that is built into say online.php with a "Live Chat" button that would pop an ajax driven support window to the desired user, and only accessible to allowed user groups to initiate? This would be very beneficial to our staff as we are constantly assisting members and visitors with support queries.

I understand that its a secondary install just like crafty syntax, which we have installed, but what I am actually looking to see if there is, or can be made is a actual Product plug in that would allow something that is the same as the live support products, but has a button in the online.php like the IM icons, but only viewable by allowed usergroups and pops open a live support chat window.
