Newest user note in the member profile

Can anybody guide me how to show the newest user note limit to 5 in each member file?
Explanation:
If I click on http://www.domain.net/vb/member.php?u=1 I'll see the last 5 new notes sent to me (the sender name, sender avatar, note, note date, etc?)

Please help me.
