Does anyone know of a way to have an RSS bot get the full article from an RSS feed and parse that data to a page, forum? Is there an application that does this? PLEASE HELP!!

The bot is already inside the vbulletin. You can find it in admincp panel and you can customize the template used by the Feed Manager in posting the feed element.

For example, I use this schema:

Title:
{rss:title}

Body Template:
{rss:description}

Read the news...

I want to take that to another level and actually retrieve the actual content for my site so I can cache it to make load times quicker. So in other words I am looking for a bot or whatever that actually follows the link in the RSS feed to the actual article and retrieves the:
Title
Author
Content (full article)
and the source.
Not just the:
Title
Description
and Link.
